Susan Weeks Stitchery Stories podcaster

San Francisco School Of Needlework & Design run a regular series of free webinar events, and I’m excited to announce that I have been invited to speak at SFSNAD this month (February 2021).

YAY!

Sadly for me I am not actually flying to San Francisco, 🙁 but will be there via Zoom of course 🙂

The lovely founders, Lucy Barter and Ellice Sperber were actually guests on Stitchery Stories a while ago. If you don’t know much about San Francisco School Of Needlework & Design, then their podcast episode is a great introduction! https://www.stitcherystories.com/sfsnad/

Anyway, they run a series of Guest Lectures, as well as a full calendar of embroidery classes. I will be their guest presenter on Wednesday 24th February 2021. It is scheduled in Pacific time zone for 10am until 11.30am.

If you are in the UK and want to pop along and join in, the UK time is 6pm until 7.30pm.

The Stories Behind Stitchery Stories

I will be sharing “The Stories Behind Stitchery Stories” and will go behind the scenes and chat about why I started Stitchery Stories, back in July 2017. I’ll be sharing what goes into making a podcast episode, and particularly, my guests. How and where I find and choose them, how we get organised and what happens before and after hitting the ‘record’ button!

Of course, a podcast doesn’t grow all by itself, so I’ll also share what I do to market the podcast, and keep it moving forward, particularly now that my podcast and audience are the central hub for my online business activities.

I’m super happy to be taking part and looking forward to joining you all on the 24th!

This webinar event is FREE to attend BUT you MUST register in advance.

I’m really looking forward to taking part in this event, and I hope you’ll come along and join me!

Get the kettle on and lets have a nice cuppa and a chat!

See you on the 24th

Cheers, Sue 🙂
